You’ll wed in a beautifully lit, treelined meadow, on a terrace facing the lake, or at a lakeside garden gazebo, where the bride has a choice of ceremony entrances: a traditional one down the garden aisle, or a show-stopping arrival via Los Willows’ signature bridal boat ride.

Your guests gather at our brand-new lakefront bar — a custom-built, fully-stocked centerpiece designed for the way cocktail hour actually flows. Crafted cocktails, beer on tap, and curated wines are poured under a wrought-iron chandelier and handwoven lantern lighting, with the lake just steps away. From there, guests can cozy up to the outdoor fireplace, sink into our plush lounge seating, or wander the sunlit patio to take the perfect selfie among the lush green surroundings.
Your pavilion — covered, flexible, lakefront views
Experience the magic of our newly renovated open-air pavilion — where the gentle SoCal breeze mingles with soft draping and the glow of a crystal chandelier. This sophisticated space combines open-air charm with an intimate ambiance, featuring a built-in dance floor, elegant bar, and timeless neutral design that effortlessly complements any color palette or wedding style. Your Los Willows wedding package includes:
On your special day, you will have a total of seven hours at the venue—five hours dedicated to your ceremony and reception, along with two additional hours of private access to the dressing suites prior to the ceremony.
For extended access, consider our Meadow Romance Package, which includes up to six additional hours beginning at 9:00 AM in our highly sought-after Bridal Salon.
PRE-CEREMONY
- Dedicated Venue Coordinator beginning 90 days before your wedding to guide you through every venue detail and ensure a flawless celebration.
- Private dressing suites open two hours prior, complete with complimentary champagne and curated light refreshments for a relaxed, indulgent start to your day.
- One-hour choreographed ceremony rehearsal directed by your Venue Coordinator.
- Paved private parking and a dedicated on-site shuttle offer your guests a seamless, five-star welcome to your celebration.
- Signature Champagne Welcome sets the tone for sophistication and joy, included with The Meadow Romance Package.
