South Asian, Indian & Fusion Weddings in San Diego
Every Wedding Tradition, Beautifully Honored
Southern California’s most celebrated South Asian, Indian, and fusion wedding venue, where every tradition, every culture, and every family has a place. Host up to 250 guests across 18 private acres, with multi-day celebrations welcome.
Where Every Culture Feels at Home
The foundation is already here. Your vision builds from there.
We’ve had the honor of celebrating South Asian weddings, Indian-Colombian celebrations, South Asian-Vietnamese ceremonies, Hindu-Mexican fusions, and everything in between. What we’ve learned is this: every couple’s story is different, and the best thing we can do is create a setting and a team that honors exactly that.
Los Willows is a Maharani Weddings Certified venue, with a coordinator certified in South Asian wedding traditions. We understand the rituals, the rhythm of a multi-event celebration, and the details that matter to your family. And we know how to bring two cultures together beautifully, when that’s what your day calls for.
Every celebration includes a dhol drummer for the Baraat, a bridal canopy of draped fabric and florals for the bride’s entrance, house floral centerpieces for all guest tables, and a Maharani Certified coordinator who understands the rhythm of your day. The foundation is already here. We’ll help you make it uniquely yours

Where the Day Begins
Before the first beat of the dhol, before the procession, before the vows, there is the quiet preparation that sets the tone for everything that follows. Our private salon is available from 9AM, offering a dedicated space for hair, makeup, and outfit changes throughout the day. Close enough to the estate to be convenient, private enough to feel like a retreat.
The wedding party gathers. Families prepare. And when the moment comes, everyone is ready.
The Baraat: Arrive by Boat or by Porsche
The groom’s arrival at Los Willows isn’t a quiet entrance. It’s a full procession. Whether he crosses our private lake seated on a white throne as the pontoon boat glides toward shore, or rides in on our iconic vintage Porsche, which can be adorned with cascading flowers, he arrives to the live beat of the dhol as family and friends dance and cheer alongside him.
Guests line both sides of the path, or the waterfront. Hands go up. Phones come out. And for a few minutes, the entire property belongs to the celebration of his arrival.
A dhol drummer is included. The entrance is his to choose.

Dulhan Ka Pravesh: The Bride’s Grand Arrival
This is her moment. The bride makes her entrance across our rustic bridge, a breathtaking reveal framed by 100-year-old oak trees and the natural beauty of the Enchanted Meadow.
As she appears, guests rise, music builds, and all eyes turn to her.
She processes beneath a canopy of draped fabric, garlands of greenery, and florals, accompanied by her parents or the people who mean the most to her, creating a moment that is emotional, timeless, and deeply meaningful.
No distractions. No staging. Just the beauty of this place and the significance of this moment.
The groom crosses the lake like a king. The bride arrives like a queen. Two entrances. Two unforgettable moments. One extraordinary celebration.
Sacred Ground
Our outdoor ceremony space sits within 18 acres of private garden estate, surrounded by ancient oaks, terraced hillsides, and the kind of natural beauty that no decorator can replicate.
The mandap is set to your specifications: traditional canopy and fabric, lush florals, intricate details. The priest’s chants carry clearly through our sound system. Loved ones who can’t be there in person can join via live-stream. And the seating, whether traditional near the mandap or contemporary throughout, is arranged around what works for your family and your ritual.
We’ve hosted traditional Hindu ceremonies, Sikh ceremonies, multi-faith ceremonies, and every meaningful combination. We understand the ceremonial elements that matter, and we protect them.

Every ritual, honored.

When Two Cultures Celebrate as One
About half the South Asian weddings we host are fusion celebrations, South Asian and Colombian, South Asian and Mexican, South Asian and Vietnamese, and combinations as unique as the couples themselves.
We’ve learned that fusion weddings aren’t a compromise. They’re a celebration of two full identities, honored together. That takes a venue that’s genuinely flexible — and a team that’s genuinely experienced.

Dual Ceremony Elements
We’ve hosted ceremonies that moved seamlessly between a Hindu ritual and a Western vow exchange, or opened with one tradition and closed with another.
Outside Catering Alongside Ours
Couples can bring in a second chef or caterer to prepare dishes from another culture, running parallel to our kitchen.
Live Food Stations
We accommodate live-cooking setups as part of the reception experience.
Multiple Cultural Performances
From Bharatanatyam to Cumbia, the dance floor and the stage are yours.
Custom Décor for Both Traditions
Your decorators can bring in elements from multiple cultures, and we work around their vision.
Your Cuisine, Your Way
Food is central to your celebration, and no one knows your family’s culinary traditions better than you do. The Heritage Collection is priced without catering, giving you complete freedom to bring in the chef, the caterer, and the menu that tells your story.
Whether your celebration calls for a traditional vegetarian spread, regional specialties, halal-prepared dishes, or a fusion menu that honors two cultures, you choose the cuisine. We coordinate the logistics.
Outside Catering and Live Stations Bring your own caterer, a family chef, or a live-cooking team. We coordinate access, timing, and flow so every station and every service runs seamlessly, no matter how many culinary traditions are on the menu.
Beverage Service, Your Way Whether you choose a full bar, craft beer and wine, signature cocktails, or a beautifully curated non-alcoholic experience, our team ensures every guest is cared for. Chai, masala tea, mango lassi, and infused waters are available because not every table drinks the same way, and every guest should feel celebrated.

The Night Is Yours
Our newly renovated reception pavilion is a blank canvas — draped, lit, and designed around your vision. Ambient uplighting, flexible seating for up to 250 guests, vibrant linens, and a dance floor that’s been tested by some genuinely extraordinary celebrations.
For the Sangeet, Mehndi, or any pre-wedding events, the pavilion transforms completely — low seating, cultural backdrops, color, texture, and energy. We’ve seen this space become something entirely different for every event it hosts.
The 360 photo booth with props and traditional attire is available to keep the energy going between moments.

A Team That Understands Your Day
Your dedicated on-site coordinator manages every element of the event: cultural, ceremonial, and logistical. She’s the person making sure the pandit has what he needs, the dhol player knows his cue, and the caterers for both cuisines are coordinated and on time. She also has access to our private bridal salon, available to you from 9AM, for seamless transitions between looks throughout the day.
Our attentive service staff supports food service, setup, and cleanup, with specific attention to elderly guests and family members who may need extra care during long ceremonies.
We host one event per day. Your day belongs entirely to you.

Built for Multi-Day Celebrations
Los Willows is designed for celebrations that span more than one day. Host your Mehndi, Sangeet, and wedding ceremony across the estate, each event with its own energy, its own setup, and its own unforgettable moments.
Our team coordinates every transition so you and your family can be fully present for each event, not managing logistics between them. Additional event days can be arranged to fit your vision and your calendar.
